  1. For "Experiences with Real Data", comment on the strengths and weaknesses of the frame, with particular attention to the construction and prioritizing of the characteristics used to rank cities. Note any other shortcomings of the characteristics. Are there any obvious omissions?
  2. Complete problem 3.21 and re-word the question.
  3. Problems 3.8 and 3.24.
