A Statistician's Perspective on Directing a Coordinating Center for an
Acute Ischemic Stroke Trial
This talk with address practical and methodologic issues in designing and
conducting a multi-center stroke study. This is an NIH study completed while
the speaker was still at the University of Iowa. The trial provided an
excellent opportunity to see multiple aspects of statistical involvement
ranging from information technology decisions to interesting statistical
issues.
