Bayesian Modeling for Field Experiments: from Agriculture to Zoology
This talk will detail a Bayesian approach for analyzing
field experiments which includes modeling of spatial
fertility gradients. In addition to outlining basic modeling strategies
and methodology, the talk will focus on two examples: the
first is a series of corn trials carried out by the state of
North Carolina; the second is an experiment from population
genetics carried out by researchers from the Zoology Department
at Duke University.
